"The Shrimp Boil King of New Orleans" grew up in the Gulf South shrimping and boiling and advocating for wild-caught Gulf Shrimp and the "eat it to save it" culinary approach.
One of NOLA's finest blues/roots duos, The Delta Revue plays and sings most Saturday nights at the Boil.
Ragtime, the Blues, Swing and bad jokes are to be expected on most Friday nights with the Slick Skillet Serenaders.
