Yes! We start and end promptly on time to accommodate guests who have other plans, such as tours or reservations at Preservation Hall.

No, your reservation is a non-refundable ticket, similar to a theater ticket. However, if you can’t attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.

Late arrivals are considered no-shows, so please arrive early. We recommend grabbing a drink and mingling with other guests outside Grand Pre’s Bar (834 N Rampart Street at Dumaine) before we begin on the dot.
